Who it’s for
Up to five client accounts on one plan, one dashboard, and a link-click report that makes the retainer conversation extremely short. Set the playbook up once and roll it out to the next account in an afternoon.
2,000 DMs a month on the free plan. No card, no trial timer.

What today looks like
Three things that are true before you automate anything.
Every client wants the same thing built from scratch
The comment-to-DM funnel you built for client three is the one client seven needs. Rebuilding it by hand each time is margin you are giving away.
Community management does not scale
Somebody junior is answering “price?” across five inboxes. That is a headcount cost sitting directly on top of your retainer.
Renewal season is a slideshow problem
Reach and impressions do not survive a CFO. DMs sent, links clicked and emails captured do.
How it works here
Comment in. Link out.
Same three steps everybody else gets. This is what they look like across a roster of client accounts.
Build the playbook once
Keywords, messages, follow-ups and branches, saved as a pattern you can lift onto the next account instead of rebuilding it.
Roll it out per account
Boost covers three Instagram accounts and MAX covers five, each with their own triggers, so client work stays separated.
Report on what the client can bank
Show the DMs sent, the links clicked and the emails captured for the month. It is the shortest renewal conversation you will have.
Worth turning on first
The parts of ReplyRep that make client work repeatable.
Your first week
Four automations worth building.
- One account set up end to end as the reference build.
- That build saved as the template the rest of the roster starts from.
- A Global Trigger per client for their most-asked question.
- A monthly export of DMs sent, links clicked and emails captured.
Where most of you land
MAX$100 a month
Five Instagram accounts, 400,000 DMs and 500 Global Triggers per account, the plan that stops being priced per client.
Start on the free plan either way: 2,000 DMs a month, no card. Upgrade when it has already paid for itself.
Before you ask
The three questions that come up every time.
How many client accounts can one plan cover?
Boost covers three Instagram accounts and MAX covers five, each with their own trigger allowance. Past that, add a second workspace. The numbers for every plan are on the pricing page.
Do I need my clients' passwords?
No, and you should not have them. Accounts connect through Meta's official authorisation flow, so the client grants access to their own account and can revoke it themselves.
Is this safe for my account?
ReplyRep runs on Meta's official Instagram API. We never ask for your password, we stay inside Meta's rate limits, and we only message people who interacted with you first, which is the whole difference between automation and spam.
