Each automated message ReplyRep sends for you counts as one DM toward your monthly limit: the link, a follow-up, the message asking for an email. Messages you type yourself in the Instagram app are not counted.

Meta caps how fast any tool can send messages. On paid plans, anything over that cap waits in the Excess DM Queue and goes out in order, rather than being dropped. Your monthly DM count resets on your billing date, so if you are regularly close to it, move up a plan.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the dashboard at any time, with no retention call. The change applies from your next billing date, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. If you upgrade and it is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. It applies once per customer. The full details are in the refund policy.

No. The free plan needs no card and has no trial timer. It includes 2,000 automated DMs a month on one Instagram account, so you can watch a real automation work on your own post before you decide.
