Refund policy
Last updated 17 August 2026
The short version: there is a free plan so you can try before you pay, and if you upgrade and change your mind within 14 days we refund it in full, no questions asked.
The rest of this page is the detail: renewals, the cases where we refund outside that window, and the cases where we do not.
1. Try it before you pay anything
ReplyRep has a free plan that does not expire and does not ask for a card. It is deliberately capable enough to tell you whether the product works for your account: one Instagram account, 2,000 automated DMs a month, real post, Reels and story automation. We would rather you found out on the free plan than asked for a refund later.
2. The 14-day window
If you upgrade to a paid plan and it is not for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request, and it does not matter how many DMs you sent in the meantime.
This applies to your first paid month, once per customer. It is a trial safety net, not a recurring free month.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the month you have paid for runs out.
Renewals after your first month are not automatically refundable, because cancelling takes two clicks and stops the next one.
4. When we refund outside the window
- We broke it. If a fault on our side stopped your automations working for a meaningful stretch and support could not fix it, we refund that period.
- We removed something you were paying for. If we retire a paid feature you relied on and you cancel because of it, we refund the unused part of your term.
- Duplicate or accidental charges. Refunded in full, always.
- We closed your account without cause. Refunded pro rata.
5. When we do not refund
- Time already elapsed on a monthly plan after the first month, where the service was working.
- Accounts closed by us for breaching the terms of use: spam, abuse, or messaging people who never contacted you.
- Meta restricting or banning your Instagram account for something you sent. We stay inside the official API and its rate limits; what you write is yours.
- Not getting the commercial result you hoped for. We can automate the reply; we cannot promise it converts.
6. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Nothing in this policy reduces that, or any other right the law gives you that cannot be contracted out of. Where our policy is more generous than the law, our policy applies.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@replyrep.io from the address on the account, with the date of the charge. That is the whole process. There is no form, and we will not put you through a retention call.
We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version, and the version in force when you were charged is the one that applies to that charge.
