If Zorcha is unlimited, why look elsewhere?
Start with the fair point: Zorcha is generous. As of October 2026, contacts, DMs and automations are unlimited on every plan, including the free one, and an "Ask for Follow" gate is on every plan too. If unlimited free DMs with a follow-gate is all you need, you may not need an alternative. The people who do look around tend to have one of these reasons.
- The 8% digital product fee. Zorcha's free plan takes 8% on digital product sales. If you sell guides, presets or courses through it, that fee can cost more than a paid plan elsewhere.
- What is held back on free. The free plan has no segments, broadcasts, flow builder or link-in-bio pages. Branching flows need a paid plan.
- AI credits as the meter. DMs are unlimited, but AI is not. Free includes 20 AI FAQs and 15K AI credits; Pro 40 and 150K; Ultimate 80 and 1.5M.
- Gaps on the pricing page. Story reply automation, story mention replies and ad comment automation are not stated there, and neither is the number of Instagram accounts per plan. They may be supported, but you cannot plan around them from the page.
- More than a DM tool. Zorcha bundles link-in-bio, storefront and broadcasts. Some creators want a tool that does Instagram DMs and nothing else.
What does the 8% fee cost in a real month?
Take a creator who sells a $20 recipe guide through Zorcha's free plan and moves 100 copies in a month from a keyword reel. That is $2,000 in sales, and 8% of it is $160. The DMs were free; the sales were not.
Now run the same month with the guide sold on your own checkout and the link delivered by a DM tool. On ReplyRep, 100 buyers out of, say, 3,000 commenters is 3,000 DMs, which is more than the free plan's 2,000, so you would be on Lite at $10 a month. Zorcha's own Pro plan is $14.99 a month billed monthly; check with Zorcha what the product fee is on each plan before you decide, since the pricing page lists it on free.
If you sell nothing through Zorcha, none of this applies and its free plan is excellent value. If you sell a few hundred dollars a month or more, the fee is usually the biggest line in the comparison.
There is a second, quieter cost: where the buyer lands. When the sale happens inside a bundled storefront, the customer relationship sits there too. When the DM sends people to your own checkout, the order, the email and the receipt are yours. For some creators that matters more than the fee itself.
How to judge a Zorcha alternative
You are giving up unlimited volume, so every alternative needs to earn its place on something else. Weigh these:
- Is the DM cap high enough for your busiest month, with room for follow ups?
- Does it take a cut of your sales on any plan?
- Are story replies, story mentions and ad comments listed, on which plan?
- How many Instagram accounts does each plan cover, in writing?
- Is branching available when you need it, and is it optional when you do not?
- Does it connect through the official API without asking for a password?
Zorcha alternatives, ranked for 2026
1. ReplyRep
The case for it: ReplyRep takes no cut of your sales on any plan, it states its account limits plainly, and it lists every trigger: post and reel comments, story replies, story mentions and sponsored ad comments. Flow Automation is there when you want branching and never required when you do not. Setup is about four minutes.
Plans: Free has 2,000 DMs a month on 1 Instagram account. Lite is $10 a month for 10,000 DMs on one account and adds follow-gate, email collector, comment auto reply and follow ups. Boost is $25 for 40,000 DMs on 3 Instagram accounts; MAX is $100 for 400,000 DMs on 5 Instagram accounts.
The honest downside: you are capped. Zorcha's free plan has no DM limit, and ReplyRep's does. Zorcha also includes a follow-gate on free, while ReplyRep's starts on Lite. And ReplyRep has no link-in-bio page or storefront. If those matter more than the fee and the documented triggers, Zorcha wins. More on ReplyRep vs Zorcha.
2. LinkDM
The case for it: LinkDM lists story replies and story mentions on every plan and ad comment replies on Pro, with clear account limits: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 10 on Platinum+. Pro is $19 a month for 25,000 DMs; Platinum+ $99 for 300,000.
The downside: 1,000 free DMs against Zorcha's unlimited, branding on free messages, and no follow-gate listed on the pricing page.
3. CreatorFlow
The case for it: a pure Instagram DM tool with no storefront attached. Unlimited automations on every plan, follow-gate and email capture on Pro at $15 a month ($12 yearly), and a 14-day trial. Accounts are stated: 1 free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Growth.
The downside: tight DM caps of 500 free, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Growth. Coming from unlimited, that is a big change.
4. InstantDM
The case for it: AI comment replies from the free plan, follow-gate and ad comment automation on Trendsetter, and no per-contact fees. Legend Pro is $9.99 a month billed yearly with unlimited automation up to 800 an hour.
The downside: prices are billed yearly, the free plan is 500 DMs, and lower plans cap DMs per hour.
5. SuperProfile
The case for it: if you like Zorcha because it bundles a storefront, SuperProfile does the same with a different shape. Its free Starter plan has unlimited AutoDMs on reels and posts plus ask-to-follow and email collection, and the pricing page shows 0% commission. Creator is $4.99 for the first month, then $29 a month for up to 5 Instagram accounts and unlimited leads.
The downside: the free plan caps lead magnet leads at 10, and stories and AI replies are on Creator. See ReplyRep vs SuperProfile.
6. ManyChat
The case for it: if you are leaving Zorcha because you need Messenger and WhatsApp flows, ManyChat is the established multi-channel builder. The downside: it bills per active contact, $14 a month for 250 on Essential, with 25 contacts on free (per manychat.com/pricing, checked 19 October 2026). Coming from unlimited, that is the biggest change in billing on this list.
No cut of your sales, on any plan

Moving from Zorcha step by step
- 1
Decide where your links will live
If you used Zorcha's link-in-bio or storefront, set up a replacement first so the links in your DMs still have somewhere to go.
- 2
Export forms and contacts
Zorcha includes exports on every plan. Download collected emails and phone numbers before anything else changes.
- 3
Swap one post
Turn off the Zorcha DM automation on one post, then rebuild it in the new tool with the same keyword. In ReplyRep that is about four minutes.
- 4
Turn off Zorcha's AI FAQ
If Zorcha's AI FAQ answers DMs, disable it before enabling AI replies elsewhere, or a question could get two answers.
- 5
Test from a second account
Comment the keyword, check the follow-gate and link, then move the rest of your posts.
When Zorcha is the better pick
If you never sell digital products through Zorcha, the 8% fee does not touch you, and unlimited DMs with a free follow-gate is excellent value. If you want link-in-bio, broadcasts and DMs in one tool on a low annual price, Zorcha bundles more than any DM-only tool. Switch when the fee, the unclear trigger coverage or the bundling is costing you more than the volume saves. Our Instagram DM sales funnel guide helps you decide what your setup actually needs.
